Phoebe Ministries offers a Group Term Life Insurance Program through AUL – OneAmerica.
All eligible full-time Union and Non-Union hourly employees working at least 30 hours per week; first of the month following two months of active employment.
Group Term Life/Accidental Death & Dismemberment Benefits:
Life Amount: $15,000
AD&D Principal Sum: $15,000
Benefit Forms and Certificates
Phoebe offers Short-term Disability (STD) benefits, which provide you with income replacement if you become totally disabled (non-work related) and are unable to perform your job. This must be documented by a physician and approved by the insurance carrier.
Benefits will not be paid for the first 14 days of disability. Phoebe union employees must exhaust all but five (5) sick days before the STD benefit is payable.

Phoebe Ministries has partnered with EAP representatives to offer confidential assessment, brief counseling, and referrals. The program runs July 1-June 30, and during this twelve-month period, employees will be offered five 50-minute sessions for FREE. This confidential service helps employees with problems including marital problems, depression and anxiety, stress, and drug and alcohol abuse. On occasion, the EAP will refer employees to outside agencies or individual service providers. If you seek additional treatment from these agencies or individual service providers, then you will be responsible for the fees.
